RESPONSABILITATI

Demonstrates the credibility of Oracle E-Business Suite products, responding to demand for expertise in creating detailed solutions for required business/industry flows. Works as part of sales teams on specific opportunities to enhance revenue through Oracle E-Business Suite license sales. Documents and integrate the functional and the technical sections of a license proposal.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Maintain a depth of product knowledge in the designated modules and the new releases.
- Maintain awareness of all relevant competitive products
- Perform detailed discoveries to understand the needs and pains of the customer
- Works close with customers to qualify solution requirements and track benefits
- Creates and delivers presentations/demos/workshops/proof of concepts to present the business benefits of Oracle Applications in lined with the customer pains and the business requirements
- Delivers update sessions to bring customers up to date with Oracle’s offerings
- Build and maintain a relevant relationships with the customer during the sales cycle
- Contribute information in response to Request for Information (RFI) and Requests For Proposals (RFP).
- Lead the solution definition in bid development in his solution and product area
- Recognize and communicate opportunities to up-sell based on new and existing offerings
- Engage with Product Development teams to maintain product knowledge on expert level and provide product development with new requirements
- Actively develop product expertise - attend adequate product/industry training, reads relevant collateral – analyst reports, white papers, competitive documents etc.
- Support ASRs in the construction of the winning strategies and sales managers.
- Take role in Product Management Related tasks like, localizations analysis and development, new products testing, NLS testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and deliver content in marketing activities, such as conferences, seminars, white papers, articles etc. exploiting Oracle’s messages
- Educate customers and partner organizations in Oracle Applications and Value Propositions in the designated products
- Update sales and others in the presales teams, consulting, about new products, offerings
- Have the demo feedback forms filled and viewed by the sales consulting manager
- Timely enter efforts in the Time Tracking System
- Use the ADS systems and register demos on ADS
- Engage with Product Development teams to maintain product knowledge on expert level and provide product development with new requirements
- Network with AGSS and EMEA industry teams for better positioning where necessary

- Is very knowledgeable in at least 1 Solution Area (CRM, HCM, SCM, FSM, Apps Technology) and the corresponding modules, business flows.
- Capable to present Oracle’s offerings in the designated solution area and the integration to others.

Products:
- Sets up and presents the full business benefits, features and functions of the designated modules mapping onto specific business requirements of the customers.
- A broad but not in depth knowledge of the rest of the Oracle Applications products
