RESPONSABILITATI

- Settlements of B.S.E. transactions in relevant systems;
- Process transactions on B.S.E. into internal application;
- Issue and ensure the delivery of trade confirmations to the clients;
- Maintain contacts with B.S.E. / clients in order to ensure a proper settlement of transactions;
- Responsible for portfolio valuation;
- Calculate and instruct the collection of due charges and taxes in connection with the customers’ transactions on B.S.E.;
- Instruct the funds transfers of the company in favour of clients involved in transactions on B.S.E.;
- Contact the investors and securities companies to ensure the receipt of shareholders’ certificates for Public Offers;
- Perform support activity for Public Offers arranged through ING Bank NV Amsterdam – Bucharest Branch;
- Ensure settlements and funds transfers related to Public Offers;
- Responsible for the reporting activity to Register and/or National Securities Commission;
- Cover other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs;


CERINTE

- University degree – preferably in Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchange;
- Preferably capital market experience (back office position;
- Min 2 years experience in capital market;
- Authorised as agent for financial services by National Securities Commission
- Proven knowledge of BSE and NSC rules & regulations;
- Solid PC skills;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Analytical skills, attention to details and accuracy structured approach;
- Ability to meet dead-lines and to work under pressure;
- Very well organised, self-disciplined, task-oriented person;
- Very good English level;
