- Develop the safety ownership among the management and employees
- Ensure the compliance with local ESH legislation and internal regulations
- Control and provide assistance on applicable procedures implementation
- Monitor implementation and pursue of leading indicators to evaluate the safety performance and the prevention conduct commitment of different sites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Agronomy, Electrical, others related)
- Relevant working experience in a similar position with close set of professional responsibilities
- Consistent exposure to multinational business environment
- Fluency in English
- Team work spirit and communication abilities
