What will your job be about?
- Providing support for user requests around hardware, software, network and service issues ;
- Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff ;
- Logging and keeping records of user querie ;
What we are looking for ?
- Positive and proactive attitude , with willingness to learn ;
- Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation ;
- Fluency in English, verbal and written and one of the following languages : German / Dutch or French ;
- University Degree is important, but not mandatory ;
- Similar experience is considered an advantage ;
