The job focuses on building individual and organization capability and on designing, implementing and monitoring HR employee systems with a view to ensuring employees are able to contribute and perform at their peak.


Main responsibilities:
You are expected to work with other HR professionals to develop, deploy and lead implementation of HR strategies in the organization.
As a member of one of our functional groups, you will work on special projects aimed at streamlining and optimizing HR processes.

Requirements:
- University degree
- Strong proficiency skills required (2-4 years experience) in two or more areas of HR (recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, work design, organization assessment).
- Deep understanding of local employment laws and the related legal framework is a plus.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills, database tools
- Strong in building trusting collaborative relationships
- Fluency in English
- Genuine interest in HR field.
