- Responsibility for processing invoices in ERP (mostly in Arabic, hence Arabic language is required)
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- Updating the productivity trackers on daily basis
- Working on the vendor queries and updating the vendors
- Quality check for the high value invoices
- Is accountable for the quality and delivery of their own work
- Interfaces with other team members and client staff and ensures good working relationships
- Prioritises tasks and workload
- Minimum bachelors degree, in accounting finance or related field are plus
- English on intermediate level is essential
- Knowledge of Arabic language(s) on 4 level is essential
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills is essential
- Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily
- Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures)
- Ability to develop and maintain an effective relationship with client
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year-end closing
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
