RESPONSABILITATI

Create reports on request of AMs:
o Manage financial customer reporting
o Account planning preparation & follow up
o Customized SAMI/Siebel reporting
• Responsible for Catalogue management and maintenance
• Support the Partner Growth Program
• Manage sales compensation / claims on behalf of the sales force to minimize wherever possible the admin touch required by Sales People in ensuring that they are fully compensated based on their sales enterprise.
• Manage sales admin tasks on behalf of EAM by Customer Call logging, email and assigned Activities / Service Requests through Siebel / BWA+ requests


CERINTE

Fluent English knowledge mandatory
+ Turkish mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Customer oriented
• Strong analytical and Co-ordination skills
• Good IT knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Meet agreed deadlines for action
