RESPONSABILITATI

Job Description:
- Manage sales admin tasks on behalf of EAM by Customer Call logging, email and assigned Activities / Service Requests through Siebel / BWA+ requests
- Manage Columbus (sales compensation / claims) on behalf of the sales force to minimize wherever possible the admin touch required by Sales People in ensuring that they are fully compensated based on their sales enterprise.
- Manage non-sales operations activities in SmartQuote: update linkage with Eclipse and/or Siebel. Work closely with EAM and Bucharest country SmartQuote team and ensure turn-around SLA / response deadline is met
- Answer e-mails within one working day and immediately for urgent ones

Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent English knowledge mandatory
+ plus one other European Language
- Good communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Strong analytical and Co-ordination skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Meet agreed deadlines for action
