As a subject matter expert in your field you will be assigned to challenging projects supporting our international clients achieving their goals.
You will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
You will also have to apply project management expertise in the mid run to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for our clients.
You will work in a team environment focusing on your primary field of expertise.
- Expert understanding IT operations, especially backup/restore and disaster recovery
- Experience in implementing large-scale enterprise backup solutions
- Detailed technical knowledge of state-of-the-art enterprise backup/restore solutions such as Veritas NetBackup (preferred) or IBM Tivoli Storage Manager
Project management experiences of advantage
- Ability to manage substantial workload and timelines
- Able to push through necessary tasks while at the same time maintaining an effective working relationship
- Good communication skills
