Humangest Group is looking for a motivated person for the role of Trainer because one of our focuses is developing foreign languages skills for our clients' employees.
Carries out the language training needs analysis process;
Prepares, develops, and implements a language training plan for employees;
Adapts training materials to local current needs;
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
Native (C2) or Advanced (C1) speaker of Italian/English;
Attended the Foreign Languages University and/or you worked as a Teacher for at least 2 years;
Relevant training & development experience on a similar position – at least 2 years;
Interest in teaching and supporting a group learning process;
To be creative, spontaneous, flexible, motivated to teach;
Travel availability - Bucharest and in the south part of the country;
Driving licence B cat.
