- Technical University of Civil Engineering or the Institute of Architecture graduated; other technical-focused studies connected to the relevant experience requirements below would be also agreed:
Professional experience related to the following activities:
- identifying appropriate locations for opening retail units / negotiation of
contracts;
OR
- projecting/ refurbishing/ following up investments for retail network development in Bucharest as well as in the country;
- English knowledge, spoken and written (at least average level) represent a mandatory requirement;
- MS Office (Word and Excel) also requested;
- Power Point, Microsoft Project and Autocad software knowledge would be considered advantages;
- Driving licence (B category);
- Availability for frequent travels in the field;
- Team player, with good communication and interpersonal relating skills.
