1. Developing sourcing strategy of local telecom engineering service subcontractors and annual business KPIs for procurement department
2. Qualifying and certifying local telecom engineering service subcontractors and setting up local qualified supplier resource base in advance
3. Collecting cost information of services in the market and building cost benchmark
4. Negotiation with subcontractors to maximize company s benefit
5. Organizing the bidding activities from inquiry preparation, offers evaluation, negotiation and contract signing
6. Carrying out the role of partner performance evaluation internally or from customer
7. Supervising and coaching subordinates and monitoring daily operations
8. Needing to process hand-on procurement jobs
1. Bachelor Degree or above, Specialty unlimited
2. At least 2 years of subcontractor management and purchasing experience in telecommunication field or similar. Candidates from telecom manufacturer side are preferred
3. Good command of Written and Oral English
4. Good computer operation skills, common office software operation skills
5. Initiative and passionate, A good team player with excellent communication skills, Strong negotiation skill and influence power
6. With basic project management knowledge and documentation management skills
7. Capability of planning, organizing and working under pressure
8. Availability for business travel sometimes, domestic or abroad
