RESPONSABILITATI

Facilitation of the researchers (external cooperative engineers) to survey and measure the new branch (contact with the location owner, accumulation of the existing drawings, keys delivery etc.)
After the lowest bidder is selected, coordination for the immediate sign of the contract with the construction company and update of the Sector of Abroad Works.
Support the procedure concerning the applications to the public utilities. To this end, he obtains drawings and documentation, if necessary, from the responsible office (external cooperative engineers).
During the construction period, he coordinates the correct collaboration of the general contractor with the selected company for the security systems installation.
Undertaking the coordination and programming for the timely installation of the aforementioned security systems, illuminated signs, mobile furniture &ATM. Taking care that all the above is completed at the same time with the general contraction.
Updating at regular intervals the prices with the cooperating companies for security systems, signs and mobile furniture not falling within the contractual liabilities of the contractor, within a procedure of bidding from more than one (1) companies. This always has to be done with the cooperation and approval of the Technical Services Division, Sector of Abroad Works in Athens for the cost control.
Sector of Abroad Works written informing about the completion of works by the general contractor and about the opening day of the new branch.
Accompany the Representative of Emporiki Real Estate to all the trips outside Bucharest in order to inspect the proposed premises and to decide the most suitable. The specific person must have the power to approve the locations.
Visit the proposed premises in Bucharest and approve or reject the locations.
Assist the representative of Emporiki Real Estate regarding the negotiations with the landlords. (Most of the landlords speak only Romanian).
