RESPONSABILITATI

Mission:
- decision making regarding costs estimation, project budgeting, choosing the optimal material mix for the construction projects;
- reporting directly to the Senior Estimator – Department Manager;
- respects time frames and dead lines for the projects he is assigned with;

Reports to: Senior Estimator – Department Manager;

Responsibilities:
Prepare all necessary documents for a tender (public or private)
Work with plans and specs, perform quantity takeoffs, estimate all General Construction job costs, including labor, material equipment and specialty items necessary to complete the project;
Develop scope, solicit, analyze and compare subcontractor and supplier proposals;
Ensure adequate sub/supplier coverage;
Provide updated information necessary to maintain subcontractor databases;
Provide input as requested for pre-bid project schedules and technical proposals;


CERINTE

Requirements:
Accuracy in working;
Good character, loyal, flexible and open minded;
2-3 years experience within a construction company as an Estimator;
Technical degree (Engineering);

Knowledge of:
Very good knowledge in preparing of tender documentations
Good knowledge of the existing construction materials, their use and the market suppliers;

Ability to:
Manage resources, communicate easily, work under pressure.

Experience:
Good PC Skills:, Excell, Ms. Office, MS Project, etc.
Experience in creating and sustaining tender documentation for bids.
