RESPONSABILITATI

Duties and responsibilities include:
- working in complex projects as a single point of contact person for customers
- understanding the commercial aspects and having the technical knowledge required, in order to manage the relationship with the teams
- supervising the contracts and projects execution through direct communication with project managers

The ideal candidate will have:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced engagement and project management skills with the ability to drive the engagement lifecycle.
• Previous experience with Bid management process it is a plus.
• Good knowledge of technical requirements and quickly finding the appropriate solution.
• Expertise in presentation and customer facing skills.
• Self-motivated, with good ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven experience in IT expertise.
