HP is expanding its international team in Bucharest and is looking for service and business oriented employees who are ready to take on responsibility and enjoy working independently.
The International End-user Verification Analyst works in a European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. Our environment is dynamic and characterized by high customer focus, speed, change, and constant evolution. The position is focused on Customer Facing Communication and support and coordination of orders, deliveries and claims.

Channel Operations (CO) is the HP Sales Operation Function for the Commercial & Consumer Channel Partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
It is leading and operating all European Business Admin Processes, with a focus on Customer Facing Communication, Order Management and Post Sales activities across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The main customers are the Commercial and Consumer Channel Partners and the respective Sales Teams. The main linkages are with Channel Marketing, Business Groups and their Supply Chains, Credit & Collection, Logistics IT and Finance organization.

End-User Verification is a process to ensure that discounted products supplied via the special pricing process are passed onto the End user specified on this Order Processing guideline (OPG) and do not leak onto the Grey Market.

In order to maintain HP’s quality standards and to maintain customer satisfaction, HP is carrying out End user verification to counteract: Grey Marketing and Misuse of the special pricing.

Main Responsibilities:

- Review cases of suspected fraud, detected internally or systematically;
- Perform EuV checks;
- Track and report EuV result / status;
- Communicate with the Channel Partners to request relevant data and documents. E.g. invoices/proof of delivery;
- Validate documents against HP sales data, contracts and serial numbers;
- Compile reports; analyze data and present results to the country compliance board;
- Drive the country compliance board meetings;
- Coordinate any re-bill requests;
- Ensure adequate follow up actions are completed and recorded;
- Stakeholder communication and open actions follow up;
- Propose follow up actions on consequences for failures;
- Ensure data quality (EuV result / follow up actions);
- Document and regularly report the status.


CERINTE

- Fluency in English;
- Very good level of Arabic (mainly writing & reading);
- Excel proficiency;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Knowledge about additional languages used in Middle East is a plus;
- Previous experience in business administration;
- Team player, networking capabilities;
- Good organization skills, structured approach;
- Customer service mentality;
- Ability to handle conflict situation;
- Problem solving ability;
- Excellent Analytical skills.
