End-User Verification is a process to ensure that discounted products supplied via the special pricing process are passed onto the End user specified on this Order Processing guideline and do not leak onto the Grey Market.
In order to maintain HP’s quality standards and to maintain customer satisfaction, HP is carrying out End user verification to counteract
-Grey Marketing
-Misuse of the special pricing
Responsibilities:
-Review cases of suspected fraud
-Perform End user verification checks
-Track and report End User Verification result and status
-Partner communication
-Stakeholder communication and open actions follow up
-Propose follow up actions on consequences for failures
-Ensure data quality (End User Verification result and follow up actions). Document and regularly report the status
-Excel proficiency
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluent English
- Good level of French might be a plus
- Previous experience in business administration
- Team player, networking capabilities
- Good organization skills, structured approach
Arabic speaking applicants with residence permit are encouraged.
