Execution:
Execute sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities plans in his assigned territory / segment / customer group. Deliver on sales targets, margin and incentive targets, customer visit plan, customer communication and events plan). Attend trainings assigned;
Communicate and coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Market Communication and Technical Advisor as required;
Drive sales of services and service products such as fleet & maintenance agreements and OPAC as well as end user decisions to specify ABB turbochargers for their newbuilding projects to capture full market potential;
Build long term relationships with assigned customers at all levels, explore new business opportunities & generate new installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes;
Ensure adherence to existing rules and policies such as Circular Letters and Compliance;
Business Development
Support market intelligence and business development projects as required to drive the growth of the business;
Share information gained from customer visits as part of market intelligence input;
Support Business Development as required to achieve overall (LBU / Service Station) goals;
Update customer database (ATURB);
Monitoring
Monitor & verify major customer complaints & claims, coordinate with other functions to develop solution;
Support definition /implementation of corrective actions;
Review, monitor & evaluate performance of assigned customer accounts;
Responsible for assigned sales budget, margin and market share;
Implement the Company’s decisions, strategies and methods;
Comply with the rules of ABB Code of Conduct;
Provide accurate and on-time reports to company management and ABB Group structures;
Avoid disclosure of confidential data concerning ABB business;
Continuously improve own performance and develop potential by training and assessment, as agreed with direct manager;
Observe the ABB Group and ABB SRL directives, instructions, rules, regulations and procedures
Observe the local law, the occupational health and safety norms instructions
Observe and maintain the rules of the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
