EMEA Training Administrator / Internal Customer Service Rep.

RESPONSABILITATI

To act as front-line customer service representative for Internal and Partner customers, responsible for the successful scheduling, execution and operation of EMEA Internal and Partner training events.

Works as part of the our University Internal and Partner Education team.
Reports to the Internal and Partner Education Manager
Schedules and manages training events for EMEA Partner and Internal customers

Schedules training events for Partners and employees in line with the demand from internal Lines of Business, and Partner communities
Supports the enrolment process for Partners and employees
Manages event wait-lists to ensure events run with minimum required delegates
Sends confirmation emails to students with event logistics
Orders catering or other required resources for Partner and Internal training events
Manages the collection of attendance sheets, and marking attendance (post-event)
Ensures continuous improvement and best practice in all EMEA/Global internal and partner training processes and procedures
Provides Reporting on training events as required
Operates in line with our EMEA policies and procedures
