RESPONSABILITATI

This EMEA Staffing Specialist role is responsible for working with a Staffing Programme lead within the EMEA Workforce Planning and Staffing function. The role provides a great opportunity to work on a variety of key initiatives that will ensure the successful delivery of EMEA’s Staffing priorities and objectives. The EMEA Workforce Planning and Staffing function comprises sub-region Staffing Managers as well as a small team of EMEA Programme Managers and Specialists.

Key responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a reporting methodology to support the Staffing Program
-Conduct a wide range of data analysis to provide trending information triggering actions and decisions by Staffing & the Business
-Support the programme leads in preparing for key speaker and conference events
-Regular liaison with local country Staffing regarding their execution and delivery of key initiatives
-Participation in cross functional project teams delivering against key initiatives
-Assist in ensuring that Sub-region Staffing is fully informed on initiatives relating to Staffing Program


CERINTE

A degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study
Experience of HR reporting and analysis and developing reporting methodologies
Experience of working in an international role/environment - or - an international mindset
Strong and well developed Microsoft Excel skills
Fluency in English
Strategic thinking - ability to think strategically, see new opportunities & drive programmes forward
Excellent end to end programme management skills
Excellent communication skills
