We are seeking a Solution Sales Consultant who will work in the Life Science and Healthcare industry team in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have excellent and recent knowledge of the business challenges faced by the Life Science, industry insight and R&D market & Oracle product knowledge (Oracle Pharmaceutical Applications).
Excellent communication skills, project scoping estimating, presentation and selling skills are strongly recommended.
Candidate will be required to travel quite extensively for customer meetings and presentations (around 2-3 days per week on average).

RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre Sales Activities

* Work as a part of a small expert team within the EMEA Healthcare team, along side sales account managers, and pre-sales functional consulting staff in the positioning and sale of the Life Science and Pharmaceutical Application set.
* THE POSITIONING OF ORACLE PRODUCTS INCLUDES:
* Demonstrations & Presentations of Technology
* Preparing responses to RFPs / RFIs and white papers
* Sales strategy definition & account planning
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant customers throughout the sales lifecycle
* Contributing to the generation and maintenance of relevant Life Science Value Propositions
* Designing and delivering customer demonstrations/presentations to articulate, update and evangelise Oracle based solutions in Life Sciences and Healthcare as required
* Exploiting Oracle\'s Marketing messages in the definition of Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Applications solutions
* Maintaining up to date knowledge and commercial awareness of the external market place and competitor product/solution offerings and value propositions

RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Activities

* Working as part of Account teams on specific opportunities to enhance revenue for Oracle Corporation through license sales as requested
* Act as a Life Science solution contact for customers in the designated areas, particularly around clinical trials
* Successfully create, present and deliver meetings / presentations / seminars and events as required
* Work closely with customers to qualify solution requirements and document business benefits


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in the Healthcare industry
* Sound professional line or project experience on the subject
* Academic business background, e.g. Diplomkaufmann
* Excellent verbal and written English language skills, preferably also German speaking, French as an advantage
