RESPONSABILITATI

The main focus of the Training & Reporting Co-ordinator is to take joint responsibility with the Training Programe Manager (TPM) for the delivery of dedicated areas of responsibility of the Sales & Consulting Readiness (S&CR) training plan. The Training Co-ordinator will also have responsibility for the promotion and execution of the training process within EMEA Sales and Consulting, liaising with the relevant Training Program Manager(s) to ensure that processes are followed so that a successful training event is delivered.
You will also be responsible for reporting on Training activity carried out, including event information and expenditure. You are required to work effectively with managers, employees and external partners across EMEA to meet training requests. This role reports to the EMEA Training Delivery Manager based in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with the Training Program Managers (TPM) to implement the EMEA S&CR curriculum for Sales Skills and Management programs;
- Project Manage all event management aspects of the rollout of programs;
- Take joint responsibility with the TPM to ensure that S&CR deliver consistent quality training programs to Sales & Consulting employees with particular emphasis on event management;
- Work with the TPM in supporting the My Sales Readiness project (i.e. assessemtns during/after training);
- Provide regular Communication and escalation of issues to the Training Delivery Manager;
- Promote and enforce that all S&CR Delivery processes are executed;
- Hold regular review and update meetings/calls with TPM to ensure that all processes/activity is undertaken to ensure a successful training event;
- Event management – responsible for all aspects of event management including training room is set up, equipment, registration, attendance & evaluation sheets completion;
- Responsible, in consultation with the Delivery Manager, for defining the type and level of support and activity required during large events;
- Project Manage the completion of all associated tasks/activity;
- Ensure that all S&CR Delivery processes are adhered to;
- Responsible for all data entered regarding budget, evaluation of events, number of attendees on the training application (Console)
- Reponsible for reporting on all SCR activity for including details of all events,No.of delegates, Spend (both Pos and cross charges);
- Be a main point of contact for external providers;
- Liaise will all parties involved in the rollout of the EMEA training;
- Identify and implmentent process improvement where necessary;
- Contribute to process enhancement and value add projects with the Delivery Team;
- Maintain records on OTA;
- Provide feedback to the relevant parties post training event run;
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as and when required.


CERINTE

- Must be able to travel across EMEA
- Strong Project Management skills with an eye for detail required.
- Strong data management skills to include advanced excel and powerpoint
