RESPONSABILITATI

The EMEA Presales Reporting Analyst provides support to users of EMEA Presales Systems, develops and delivers Management reports for EMEA Presales Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and Delivery of BI Dashboards and Ad-hoc Reports
- Participate in the design and construction of Presales Dashboards
- Support end-users in the design and construction of custom reports
- Build ad-hoc reports
- Create/update end-user documentation
- Monitor data quality
- Operate reporting and query environment
- Support to users of EMEA Presales Systems:
- Support end-users in the use of Presales Systems – GCM (Global Customer Management), RAS (Resource Allocation) and BI Dashboards
- Work closely with other support teams to resolve problems and manage incidents end to end from the reporting of the problem to the resolution
- Create/update end-user documentation
- Provide training to end-users as required
- Maintain system/user setup

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Service oriented
- Thorough
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
- Business oriented
- Analytic
- Motivated and self-propelling
- Finisher

Experience in the following areas is desirable:
- Project participation
- Development and implementation of Business Intelligence / Datawarehouse solutions
- Working in a support function

Experience Siebel Analytics and SQL are desirable, but the necessary training will be given as required.
