RESPONSABILITATI

Part a two person team, the EMEA Portal Administrator will be responsible for performing all administrative duties on the MyOracle intranet pages, for selected EMEA countries. They will work closely with the EMEA Knowledge Management Team, and will co-ordinate with the EMEA country Portal Managers to determine the local requirements.
One of the two Portal Administrators will be primarily focused on tasks for the UK & Ireland, with any extra bandwidth dedicated to other EMEA countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pro-actively maintain and update Content on MyOracle Intranet Pages e.g.
- Carry out audit checks on web pages, broken links, non compliance etc
- Build new MyOracle Intranet pages on request
- Amend existing MyOracle Intranet pages on request
- Maintain user access to MyOracle Intranet Pages
- Maintain an agreed level of service for tasks.
- Produce pre defined business intelligence & reporting as required by the countries
- Contributing to and maintaining key processes

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Accountable to EMEA countires for ensuring all content meets country approval
- EMEA country compliance against agreed KPIs


CERINTE

- Proficiency in HTML and/or a HTML editing tool e.g. Dreamweaver
- Knowledge and Experience of Corporate Intranets
- Knowledge of Oracle Portal would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of multiple European languages would be an advantage
- IT Qualification
- Capable of adapting to changing priorities
