RESPONSABILITATI

The EMEA Alliance & Channels (A&C) Operations team manages the adoption of programs, processes and systems for the EMEA Partner Business. The team delivers strategy, partner initiatives, knowledge transfer and leadership to the country/regional based Alliances & Channels teams and liaises with the Global A&C community in development of future strategy and initiatives.

The Alliance and Channels Organization supports over 10,000 partners and indirect revenue of 650 Million in FY06, excluding the co-selling.

Within A&C, the Operations team is responsible for program implementation, business process definition, and system delivery, provision of reporting capabilities and data quality to support the strategy.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and flexible team player to join our team to provide administrative and operational support for our Partner OPN Enrollment in the EMEA A&C organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Partner’s through Oracle’s OPN Enrollment validation process
Operational support & information in terms of payment, partner status, exemption cases - Fee Waivers, Criteria Waivers, Accelerators, partner support (CSIs)
Administrative support to OPN OPS Team and EMEA OPN IC on Oracle’s enrollment processes and terms of partner benefits.
Management of Oracle’s back-end Partner Certification process
Criteria validation for Partner’s acceptance on Product Focus areas & BDI
Provide statistics and reports for regular and ad-hoc analysis
Acting as an interface between Management, OPN Finance, OPN Interaction Center and other departments within the line of business.
