To lead a small group of Sales Reference Agents responsible for the fulfillment of incoming sales reference (SR) requests in the assigned solution space and for the accuracy of the appropriate data in the reference system, while also conducting the SR tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to incoming reference requests from the EMEA sales force for requests and from the Reference Managers from other regions in an assigned solution area
- Searching for suitable reference customers in various Oracle systems
- Once reference customers are identified, searching for assigned sales representative
- Providing the fulfillment information to the requester
- Creating lists of reference customers
- Proactively providing reference information to a selected number of opportunities
- Securing the data accuracy in the reference database, with regards to customer information, product association and related collateral
- Ensuring that reference activities with single reference customer are captured in the reference system
- Liaising with the fron to office team on key reference status
- Leading and managing a team of Sales Reference Agents, to secure local guidelines and direct influence on day-to-day activities
-Very good communications skills in order to transmit a clear understanding of a subject and comprehends information received from others
- Very good level of Self-Motiviation and independent working attitude to fulfill the responsibilities for the assigned product area
- Good technical understanding for software and business organisations in order to respond to incoming requests
- Strong focus on internal customers by showing capability to interpret and to match the internal customer's needs to the capabilities of the reference fulfillment
- Interest in building and maintaining relationships with internal customers
- Very good team worker
- Strong result orientation by taking initiative, prioritizing assignments, and maintaining focus on goals
- Shows strong personal drive with a sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity in achieving objectives
