RESPONSABILITATI

Work with Adecco global internal teams and hiring managers to assist with IT recruitment efforts in EMEA
Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
Develop recruitment strategy.This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Target the attraction of qualified candidates to produce a pipeline of talent for current and future needs across the Services organization
Maintain database of applicants for current and future openings within our Recruiting CRM tool


CERINTE

3 years + sourcing or full-cycle IT recruiting experience in a corporate environment
2 - 5 years’ experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
IT experience is a must at regional level, EMEA
Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and tools
Advanced English language – as must


Demonstrated experience with innovative sourcing tools and LinkedIn a must
Recruiting experience in IT industry is a MUST
Strong internet recruiting and social media skills
Strong ability to build relationships, network, and proactively identify future talent
Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends
Strong communication, English skills both verbal and written
Effective organizational skills
Strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast paced results oriented environment
Proficient technical skills using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ATS - applicant tracking systems
