- Manage and lead a group of 10 field engineers located in Romania (Bucharest), coordinate field activities with customers, work with the company project manager team, and report to company¿s Headquarters;
- In addition, execute on site support, equipment demos, field trials, equipment installation and commissioning, management application support, operation of the company¿s equipment in conjunction with other networking equipment, as well as post sales, technical training on the products and related technologies;
- This position requires frequent trips to Europe and Africa.
Required Skills:
- Managerial and presentation skills;
- Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN, core protocols (TCP/IP, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, V.5.2), understanding in radio systems, radio modulations (FM, GFSK, OFDM etc.), antennas, measurement equipment for computers and radio systems;
- Advantage to candidates certified by known communications companies, such as Cisco, Juniper, etc;
- Advantage to candidates who have former experience with mobile systems.
Previous work experience:
- 3 years in an international company specializing in telecommunications or data communications, in service oriented positions, field experience;
- 3+ years experience on managing technical group.
Education:
Bachelors degree in data communications or electronics
Language:
English - mandatory. Other European languages, advantage.
