RESPONSABILITATI

The Contract Manager of a Contract and/or BP Services Team is responsible for managing a group of employees in daily transactions for services rendered to a Line of Businesses, a Territory, a Global Business Units or a group of people. The Service Contract Manager provides overall support/guidance to employee for a typically complex transactions. The Service Contract Manager ensure compliance for his(her) team with company standards (Revenue Recognition per SOP 97-2 and Internal Business Practice) while maximising Oracle’s revenue opportunities through the creation of high quality contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform 1st phase interviews of recruiting, hire and plan training for all new hires
- Conduct employee evaluations and apply performance management alligned with company startegies
- Counsel the rep’s or own team on contractual language on issues and recommend alternatives to mitigate risk in accord with current Business Practices, and revenue recognition. Identify which terms are acceptable and which terms require further negotiation.
- Ensure contract activities under his/her responsibility is performed in line with Corporate Policies in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure SOX Key Controls are performed without material deficencies
- Point of escalation/contact for emotional & critical deal (revrec – order admin etc), for FD/Strategic Finance Analist for forecasting activities and Sales Management.
- Identify issues in the communication and facilitates improvement and solution. Facilitates knowlege sharing accross Local & Central team as well Central & Central (Costa Rica, Singapore etc....)
- Assure that operations in center are consistent and of high quality accross various teams, regardless of the territory they serve


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree with Legal and/or Business background.
- 3 years experience in the Contract Activities for License and Services business or similar experience
- People management experience
- Proficiency level of English. Additionally, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or any Nordic language is a plus
- Leadership, initiative and confidence
- Good negotiation skills
- Multi-tasking capability
- Ability to work well with other organizations in an international team environment.
- Ability to cope with complexity applying balanced judjement and decisiveness also in uncertain situations
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to develop and implement plan
- Ability to motivate staff and keep high level of team and individual performance
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under high stress, time critical deadlines
- Displays strong tenacity and drive to see things through to successful conclusion
- Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement
