RESPONSABILITATI

As part of a team; the Channel Development Support Coordinator would be responsible for complementing the current VAD offerings by developing and implementing a centralized support for partner training, sales administration and recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Setting up the sales administration process aimed at facilitating the partner reselling effort. Tasks encompass validation of SW Orders, additional support, setting up OPN membership and DA¿s. (Distrbution Agreement)

- Designing a comprehensive online VAR training package around Oracle products, product ordering and sales administration process, comprising Business Practices, Distribution Agreements, Fulfillments, Orders and Support Renewals. (VAR - Value Added Reseller)

- Cooperating with OPN Marketing and OPN Interaction Centre to support recruitment of new VAR¿s into OPN by identifying potential resellers, managing campaigns and overseeing the communication to VAR communities.


CERINTE

- University degree
- Experience managing operations within a large company
- 3+ years of work experience
- English Language fluency

- Good analytical skills ¿ ability to resolve complex processing problems
- Ability to create processes, implement them under a deadline
- Experience with managing training, and communications plans
- Experience with web site maintenance a plus
- Systems knowledge : financial applications, web systems for operations management.
- Knowledge of financial accounting a plus
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
- Ability to understand critical issues and escalate to senior management when necessary to raise visibility.
- Team player ¿ ability to work in team while prioritizing overall workload
- Project management skills is a plus
