RESPONSABILITATI

As a member of EMEA Business Operations Romania Center, the Business Operations Intern will have a joint responsibility for ensuring all corporate systems used by Business Operations remain functional, up-to-date and provide relevant support to Oracle internal community.

SCOPE:
- Is actively involved in small projects, coached by the Business Operations Team Leaders
- Works towards the objectives agreed with Sales Operations and the Customer Success Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Conduct survey analysis from initializing email responses to follow up on surveys to ensure a good response rate and collating feedback
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by Operations management and respond quickly, accurately and professionally
- Proactive support on various projects/processes to the existing members of the Romanian Business Operations
- Gain knowledge of Oracle Business EMEA Organization and sales structure, product lines and targeted industries.
- Analyze the data quality to ensure data consistency and take appropriate actions to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality


CERINTE

- Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian, French or Spanish is an asset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, willing and able to communicate by phone and email
- Good computer skills (MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel)
- Well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Process orientated and open-minded, in a fast changing environment
- Accuracy and analytical thinking
- Adaptable to change
