RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for creating and defining mangement reports for EMEA divisional and country management upon request using PRO (Pipeline Reporting Overview) system and Siebel Analytics system. Acts as point of contact for PRO and Siebel requests. Provides administrative support to EMEA divisional business operations directors/managers as required.

SCOPE:
-Works to objectives outlined by Director, Sales Tools Operations and Bus Ops Romania Center Team Leader
-No direct reports
- Works as part of the EMEA Business Operations team in Romania with contact with sales managers from across Europe, Sr. Director, EMEA License Operations, Sales Tools Operations Director and EMEA Technical Developers
-Works across License and Consulting Lines of Business (LoBs) to fulfill requests

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for fulfilling requests for PRO reports (which give information regarding the opportunity pipeline and products to be sold by the sales force). Define and generate reports to be sent, define new standard reports and standard report packs and edit definitions as required.
-Responsible for fulfilling requests for Siebel management reports using Siebel Analytics/Answers/iBots with a quick turnaround from request to completion
-Administrative support to EMEA divisional business operations directors/managers as required.
-Maintain log of requests for subsequent analysis
-Gain knowledge of Oracle business, EMEA organization and sales structure, product lines, and targeted industries in order to better respond to requests
-Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required from EMEA Senior Business Operations management
-Respond quickly, accurately and professionally to requests


CERINTE

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
-Advanced knowledge of Excel, along with charts/graphs and system skills desired;
-Demonstrated success in meeting commitments and flexibility with regards to work assignments and priorities;
-University degree and/or work experience;
-Proficient in spoken and written English (English is the working language).
