RESPONSABILITATI

The EMEA Alliance & Channels (A&C) Operations team manages the adoption of programs, processes and systems for the EMEA Partner Business. The team delivers strategy, partner initiatives, knowledge transfer and leadership to the country/regional based Alliances & Channels teams and liaises with the Global A&C community in development of future strategy and initiatives.

The Alliance and Channels Organisation supports over 10,000 partners and indirect revenue of 650 Million in FY06, excluding the co-selling element with partner which supports Oracle’s overall revenue.

Within A&C, the Operations team is responsible for program implementation, business process definition, system delivery, provision of reporting capabilities and data quality to support the strategy.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, flexible team player with reporting systems skills and good communication skills to work specifically on reporting and data quality capabilities.

The ideal candidate for this job will have a mastery level of MS Excel, strong database understanding, SQL/PL-SQL skills, producing analysis/trends/forecasts, and prior experience of pulling and creating reports. Strong verbal and written English, excellent problem solving skills, and an attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as single point of contact for all standard & Ad-Hoc EMEA A&C reports and reporting requirments
-Develop & Mantain a Standard Methodology for the EMEA A&C Reports
-Management of EMEA A&C KPI reporting packs, Monthly and Quarterly as required
-Responsible for the disctrubution and collection of KPI for Partner Excellence with our Finance organisation
-Provide statistics, trends and reports for regular and ad-hoc analysis
-Ensure any issues and early warning trends are identified and reported to the EMEA A&C management team.
-Improve, develop & maintain self-service reporting tools for the A&C and Stakeholders (360 view reports on partners with OPN, Education, Financial data)
- Manage and Maintain the EMEA A&C Reports page on MyOracleWork closely with Finance to engage in producing forecast analysis on OPN fees
-Investigate and Develop how to represent EMEA co-selling revenue at the EMEA level
- Work with your operations and finance colleagues as required on reporting projects/requests


CERINTE

-University degree (Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting)
- Mastery level of Microsoft Excel – SQL skills, strong database understanding
-Basic Financial knowledge / Previous experience in Finance related jobs
-Good analytical skills- ability to resolve complex processing problems
-Extended experience in providing reports & analysis through database systems
-Excellent verbal and written English communication
-Self confident, self starter– not afraid to speak up to share ideas Ability to create processes, implement them under a deadline
-Must be able to multi-task, share job responsibilities with other team members
-Team player – ability to work in team while prioritizing overall workload
-Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
-Excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage deadlines with all levels of the organization
