The EMEA Alliances & Channels (A&C) Operations team manages the adoption of programs, processes and systems for the EMEA Partner Business. The team delivers strategy, partner initiatives, knowledge transfer and leadership to the country/regional based Alliances & Channels teams and liaises with the Global A&C community in development of future strategy and initiatives.

Within A&C, the Operations team is responsible for program implementation, business process definition, system delivery, provision of reporting capabilities and data quality to support the strategy.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, we are currently looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, flexible team player with business systems skills and good communication skills to join our team to provide system and business support for our Partner CRM applications in the EMEA A&C organisation .
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the implementation of system projects (Global PRM) and support A&C users both internally and externally by participating in:
Process re-engineering
Requirements gathering
System testing
System upgrades
On going User training
Support all PRM application administration functions in:
Territory maintenance (working with Sales Operations)
Internal and external user setups eg: adding, removing or upgrading user account information, resetting passwords etc
Working with Global A&C to help with update and enhancements
First line support for internal community (working with the Centre of Excellence)
Setup and maintain workflow configurations
Support and help deliver the key initiatives for EMEA A&C and help work through the business objectives and processes by providing support to the countries and the partners


CERINTE

Experience with Siebel CRM and/or Oracle E-Business suite version 11i
Application administration and Customer Support or other customer facing experience
Excellent communication skills are essential, including listening and feedback, oral and one-on-one and group, and written communication skills including operational procedures and documentation
Ability to analyze, prioritize and execute action plans
Ability to handle a variety of tasks in parallel
Understanding of procedures to patch applications and migration of changes from test through production environments
Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and work to tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, various levels of management and to work as part of an established and successful team
One plus years experience with Oracle development tools and utilities, including SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, TOAD would be an advantage
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
