As a member of an international team you test products in the area of safety-critical software applications for railway interlocking systems.
Understands software requirements specifications from user perspective
Creates and maintains test scenarios according to software requirements specifications
Defines and maintains test plans, test specifications and reports
Executes test campaign and reports the results to the involved stakeholders
Makes everything possible to achieve the committed quality targets
Reports testing progress regularly
Technical University Degree (preferable in electronics, electrical, transportation)
Electronic skills (read and understand schematics, soldering components)
Basic Java/XML knowledge
Basic Linux knowledge
Ability to communicate and report status and results
Experience with safety-critical or real-time embedded systems testing
Knowledge of a scripting language e.g. Perl, Bash or Python
Know-how in CAD design of electronic boards
DDTS/Clear Quest experience
Knowledge of DOORS
Very good cognitive aptitudes
Interpersonal qualities (sociability, empathy, flexibility)
Self management qualities (consciousness, tolerance)
Good work attitude (task orientation, assertiveness)
Fluency in English
German is a plus
