If you have…
-the necessary brains, guts, persistence and ambition
-A strong background in Linux-based development (or RTOS development) is required, plus:
2 years of experience in embedded systems project
2 years of software development experience with C or C++ using Linux and open-source tools (gcc, svn, gdb, etc.)
2 years of experience working with Software Configuration Managers (git is a plus)
Solid experience with device drivers and/or kernel hacking
RTOS experience (VxWorks, OSE)
Scripting experience (Python, Perl, Bash, Expect, Tcl/Tk)
In addition, knowledge in one (or more) of the following areas is greatly preferred:
Distributed and multi-threaded programming
Data communications and/or protocols (USB, CANbus, serial, TCP/IP, high-performance middleware)
Embedded hardware: microcontrollers, I2C, sensors
