The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining firmware libraries and documentation for the company's 16-bit/32-bit microcontrollers, specifically in the area related to the embedded Graphics, such as TFT LCD, STN, CSTN.
Duties include development of device objective specifications, datasheets, application notes, workshops, demo boards, technical training as well as silicon validation.
Also assist large customer with new design opportunities and assist field representatives and Sales teams in training development and presentation.
Degree in Electronics, Automatics or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications
Software:
Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages. Prefer to have Java programming. He/she must have a good understanding of a standard software development methodology.
Hardware:
Must also have both analog and digital circuit design and debugging experience. Prefer to have prior graphics display design experience including driver development and resistive touch screen interfaces.
Others:
Strong verbal and written abilities with the English language.
