Main Purpose of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible with designing, development, integration of software modules and features for new or existing products, code review, documentation and testing of the new modules/features.
About the project
The successful candidate will be part of the Embedded Design team and shall be involved in RTOS and/or Linux software development.
Responsibilities
Software design of new software modules
Development, testing and debugging of device drivers
Optimizing performance for device drivers
Support and maintenance of existing products
Documentation and functional testing of the features implemented
Embedded software development experience
Relevant experience in areas such as RTOS
Device driver development
C/C++ embedded programming, familiar with various compilers, debuggers
Multicore technology
Knowledge of Virtualization technology is a plus
Linux experience is a plus
PowerPC and/or ARM architecture knowledge is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
Flexible, eager to learn and be involved in development of RTOS related software.
