Job description:
- Developing applications for 8 bits PIC microcontrollers (system design, hardware design, software development and integration)
- Developing and presenting technical training to customers, FAEs, CAEs and field sales for newly developed demo boards, reference designs, application notes and application libraries. - Work with customers to design and develop applications for client family using demo boards, reference designs, application notes or application libraries.
- Create application notes, getting started documents, and demonstration software that helps customer product development
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Automatics or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years embedded SW and HW design experience
- Detailed project planning, setting aggressive milestones, meeting interim deliverable deadlines, tracking and reporting project progress all while working on tight deadlines is a must.
- PIC microcontroller experience (focus on PIC10, PIC12, PIC16 & PIC18)
- Mixed signal design experience needed, with a good understanding of Analog design
- Software experience with structured Embedded Assembler, C and PC based code development like C#, Visual C, Java
- Power supply and basic motor control experience will be an advantage
- English: must have good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel as needed within Europe to support customers
