The ideal candidate for this position has the technical skills to understand raw HTML coding and to optimize images for the Web. The eMarketing contractor follows best practices and approved templates to deliver regional campaigns and increase consumer response. The person in this position is responsible for timely execution. As eMarketing campaigns are delivered, the contractor works with the HQ Shared Services team to find optimal rates of returns and communicates trends to internal teams.
This person should have an interest in keeping up with the evolving marketing industry, including delivery challenges, technical innovations and legal guidelines.
-4 years HTML coding without WYSIWYG editors
-Marketing strategies and program execution experience
-Fluent in English, excellent communications and copy editing skills
-Design and Office applications (see below)
-Content Management Systems (like Vignette or Interwoven)
-Documenting testing procedures and creating best practices guidelines
-Entrepreneurial drive and ability to handle multiple projects successfully
