Business Environment
The eDM Specialists within Operations are responsible of coordination and deployment of email marketing campaigns, country in quality, time and budget. This includes content creation, recipient data handling, testing, launching and campaign performance reporting, as well as business support and consulting in email marketing best practices.
Role overview
The role will involve working with software tools to create new content and launch content across multiple platforms and countries, working within a team that services the entire Region. The applicant must therefore be flexible enough to work on different sites as required, adapting quickly to different tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- completing tasks entered into the region workflow system, prioritizing according to business need
- managing Email Marketing Campaigns as well as rolling them out across the region in Time & Budget and deliver over the expectation of Business partners
- keep Stakeholders informed about status of Projects, deliverables and issues
- recipient data handling: managing customer lists in accordance with campaign's targeting criterion
- campaign performance reporting for launched campaigns
- monitoring the evolution of regular campaigns, offering business support and consulting in Email Marketing best practices
- database queries (extracts on database based on customers request)
- occasionally, project management for larger campaigns (including coordination of landing pages, translations and web form applications)
- financial responsibility for assigned projects (creating project quotes, monitoring project's expenses, making sure costs are billed-out at the end of the project)
IT Profile:
- HTML knowledge is essential
- Web experience and be familiar with Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of FTP and JavaScript.
- General database knowledge is needed
