We need a person to handle Russian Local invoicing process for electronic carepacks.
The draft responsibilities are:
- Retrieve reports out of the HP systems on the e-carepack orders, get reports from the partners on the carepacks sold, check and compare the data, send commission reports to CRO team for invoicing, follow up on the feedback from partners, follow some control procedures to ensure everything is invoiced etc.
- This person will need to closely work with the local Russian team and with the Russian partners.
- The job needs high level of attention, accuracy, good understanding of the E2E process (not only the part handled in the hub), good communication skills, independency, reliability.

Education:
Faculty
- Computer literate
- Foreign languages: ENGLISH and RUSSIAN
Experience:
- Two years business experience
