- To research costs with respect to materials and manoeuvre for production items;
- To make the analysis of unit prices and the elaboration of cost estimates;
- To visit the emplacement established for project development;
- To find and contact suppliers and local building contractors;
- To monitor the design of the projects (architecture, encasement drawings, static project, reinforced concrete, steel, etc) by the contractor;
- When necessary, to accomplish design activities and the preparation of technical documents;
- To set the company’s price on various projects and to make the sales offers;
- To check the offers and projects’ compliance with local standards.
- Engineering degree;
- At least 2 years of experience;
- Advanced English skills;
- B cat. driving license;
- Analythical thinking, good management skills, able to read and interpret a large amount of data.
