- Assist management to plan, implement and control an integrated Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) system;
- Prepare and recommend the annual EHS plan and budget;
- Design, develop and review the EHS programs which reduce risks, prevent incidents and enhance employees’ awareness of EHS issues;
- Perform, in line with internal and external requirements, inspections and audits of various elements of the EHS program;
- Participate in the design and implementation of an EHS system according to the ISO 18001 requirements;
- Participate in the design and specification of new equipment and ensure that existing and new equipment meets the EHS Romanian and Philip Morris standards;
- Keep track of all relevant EHS Romanian legislation and update PM policies accordingly;
- Design and deliver EHS Induction for new hires.
-University degree in Engineering;
- Health and Safety inspector accreditation by MMSSF & MEC requirements;
- Strong EHS related legislation knowledge, both local and EU;
- Min 3 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge related to the ISO 18001 standard;
- Certified as ISO 18001 internal auditor and previous experience in designing and implementing an EHS system according to the related standard requirements is a plus;
- Team player;
- Excellent communication skills;

- Analytical skills;
- English - medium level;
- Good level of MS Office.
