As an Education Consultant, you will be an integral part of Oracle University s growing Sales organization in Bucharest.
You will work with clients, project team members, and Oracle partners to design, develop, and deliver world-class learning solutions facilitating the rapid adoption of Oracle solutions.
As our Education Consultant, you will have primary contact existing Education Sales Representatives and their customers to determine, develop, address and progress their needs.
Only seasoned training specialists with extensive hands-on experience will be considered for this role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Position and lead the sales of medium- to large-scale training programs, or change management programs, for end-users, project sponsors, and implementation team members.
-Co-Manage complex opportunities from sales through delivery with ESRs
-Work on up- and cross-selling programs across the Sales floor.
-Consult with client resources and project team members to identify role-based learning strategies and training delivery options.
-Assess client training culture and requirements in conjunction with project team members to develop training objectives and agendas.
-Work with Sales Readiness to maximise EMEA knowledge/skill transfer.
-Facilitate New Hire training Bootcamps for ESRs
-Design and develop synchronous and asynchronous e-Learning programs for the Sales Team.
-Be a product specialist for OU Solutions.
-Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional technology, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years professional training and development experience.
-English language essential; French and/or German preferred; and additional language skills are valued
-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including ability to write and speak clearly, concisely, and with impact.
-Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
-Talent for communicating complex concepts, processes, and transactions in a manner understandable to a diverse audience.
-Proven expertise with application-based training programs.
-Demonstrated experience using technology delivered programs to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills.
-Proven ability to work in concert with others to gain agreement on issues and next steps.
-Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a varied workload and to complete work by established deadlines.
-Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
-Ability to comply with Oracle policies and processes
-Functional in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and have a technical aptitude for learning other business applications.
-German language skill is a requirement
