HP Education Services provides customer training featuring a comprehensive curriculum of instructor-led classroom, remote classroom, and self-paced courses to help our customers realize the full potential of their HP solutions, increase their network optimization and responsiveness, and achieve a better return on their IT investments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks / Assignments:
- Check if the customer is already in the system and if not create the new customer;
- Book the order base on the template form or FOBO tool request;
- Create the invoice for trade orders; print invoices (in country SAP printer/ e-mail)
- Raise and follow up on support calls if technical problems arrives
- Will complete booking / invoicing requests within 8 working hours; at month end she will complete those requests within the same month that are submitted by 12.00 CET on WD-1
- May set requests "on hold" if information is missing or unclear or if a new customer record needs to be set up in WWCYSSIS / CRS.
- Will provide an Excel summary of orders booked and invoices raised for reference. This report will be stored on SharePoint.
- Follow up the correction process when applicable
- Develop and maintain a very good communication with the Front Offices, Finance Analysts and OM Specialists
- Fluent English knowledge
- A computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
- Good communication skills
- Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
