Checking of invoices /contracts /approvals;
Booking of invoices in SAP;
Processing of payment orders;
Processing of petty cash;
Keeping evidence and booking of fixed assets;
Keeping the inventory of bank’s patrimony;
Reconciliation of accounts with suppliers;
Checking and adjusting suspense accounts.
University degree in Economics;
Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting;
Good English knowledge (both written and spoken);
Computer proficiency-SAP, MIDAS, Word, Excel, Power Point);
Constructive thinker;
Reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and integrity;
Communicative, analytical and organized person;
Fast learner;
Team player;
Efficient, self–confident person, able to focus under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
