Perform Webshop application support
Responsability of availability and operations performed in production environment
Patch / release installation on pp and production environments
Perform housekeeping tasks on OS and Services of Web Application Servers
Perform statistics and analysis of system performance and system load
Perform error analysis and resolution
Usage of standard Monitoring tools
Create and manage HPSM tickets
At least 1 year experience in application SLS activities
Operation of Linux and Windows based systems with Apache Webservers and Tomcat Application Servers
Good knowledge of web technologies (http protocol, error messages)
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Good infrastructure and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, LDAP, Loadbalancing)
Knowledge of standard Monitoring tools
Nice to have:
Experience with eCommerce platforms would be a plus
Good knowledge of Bash scripting
ITIL awareness
