Supervise a growing team of php developers and ensure the perfect completion of eCommerce projects – WAP and WEB shops and sites. Support the business team by ensuring the bug-free and on-time delivery of game selling platforms (sites, applications).
Main objectives
Plan and manage eCommerce projects and requests coming from the Business team
Ensure the completion, testing and delivery on deadline of PHP / MySQL applications for WAP and WEB
Manage development resources in various countries – task assignments, organization, evaluation and motivation of the team members
Report the status of all projects to the Business team
Monitor and prevent short and long term issues, optimize the team’s efficiency
Leadership skills. Management experience is a plus.
Oriented towards results. Good understanding of the business process.
Responsive, communication skills, fluent in English. French is a plus.
Rigorous and organized. Technical background is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects at the same time
