- As an email Demand Coordinator you are responsible for driving the operation of development processes within EMEA. As an email Demand Generation Operations Coordinator you are responsible for generating specific reporting on specific / extra requests by using already developed and generated reporting templates (i.e. customer data extract, detailed segmentation view for addressed contacts for specific email campaigns, figures required for monthly high level management reporting score card).
Specific job tasks include:
- Manage the day to day operations for EMEA email Demand Generation Activities;
- Communication of email policies and processes, privacy, data management, contact management;
- Monthly Reporting and Metrics of email demand generation activities;
- Coordination of email campaigns with the .COM and CRM teams.
- At least 1 year experience in the Internet / eMarketing field;
- Completed university studies;
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills;
- Advanced command of the Excel tools;
- Excellent customer skills in a commercial environment, track record of organizing successful online projects, driving implementation of online marketing objectives across organizations;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Communication of metrics & project timelines.
